Glennota(이하 "앱")는 위스키 테이스팅 노트를 기록하고 관리할 수 있는 iOS 및 Android용 모바일 애플리케이션입니다. 앱을 다운로드하고 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.

• Glennota는 무료로 다운로드하여 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 무료 플랜에서는 위스키 등록, 테이스팅 노트 작성, 컬렉션 관리, 카탈로그 탐색 등 모든 핵심 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 무료 플랜에서는 앱 내 광고가 표시됩니다.
• 광고 제거 및 프리미엄 기능은 Glennota Pro 구독을 통해 이용할 수 있습니다.

3-1. 구독 플랜

• 월간 구독: 매월 자동 갱신
• 연간 구독: 매년 자동 갱신

3-2. 결제

• 결제는 구매 확인 시 Apple ID(iOS) 또는 Google Play(Android) 계정으로 청구됩니다.
• 무료 체험 기간이 남아 있는 경우, 구독 시작 시 미사용 기간은 소멸됩니다.

3-3. 자동 갱신

• 구독은 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신이 해제되지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
• 갱신 시 동일한 금액이 청구됩니다.

3-4. 구독 관리 및 해지

• 구독은 구매 후 Apple ID 계정 설정 또는 Google Play 계정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
• iOS 해지 방법: iOS 설정 > [사용자 이름] > 구독 > Glennota Pro > 구독 취소
• 또는 Apple 구독 관리 페이지에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
• Android 해지 방법: Google Play 스토어 > 프로필 > 결제 및 구독 > 구독 > Glennota Pro > 구독 취소

3-5. 환불

• iOS의 경우 Apple 환불 정책에 따릅니다.
• Android의 경우 Google Play 환불 정책에 따릅니다.
• 활성 구독 기간 중에는 구독을 취소해도 해당 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

• 사용자가 앱에 입력한 모든 콘텐츠(위스키 정보, 테이스팅 노트, 사진 등)의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다.
• 모든 데이터는 사용자 기기에 로컬로 저장되며, 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다.

• 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 분해
• 앱을 이용한 불법 행위
• 앱의 보안 기능 우회 시도

• 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
• 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 정기적인 백업을 권장합니다.
• 앱은 주류 관련 정보를 제공하며, 음주를 권장하지 않습니다.

본 약관은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 게시됩니다. 중대한 변경 시 앱 내 알림을 제공할 수 있습니다.

Glennota ("the App") is a mobile application available on iOS and Android for recording and managing whisky tasting notes. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• Glennota is free to download and use.
• The Free plan includes all core features: whisky registration, tasting note creation, collection management, and catalog browsing.
• The Free plan includes in-app advertisements.
• Ad removal and premium features are available through a Glennota Pro subscription.

3-1. Plans

• Monthly subscription: Auto-renews every month
• Annual subscription: Auto-renews every year

3-2. Payment

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account upon purchase confirmation.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3-3. Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal at the same price.

3-4. Subscription Management and Cancellation

• You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account after purchase.
• To cancel on iOS: iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Glennota Pro > Cancel Subscription
• Or manage at Apple Subscription Management.
• To cancel on Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Glennota Pro > Cancel

3-5. Refunds

• For iOS, refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
• For Android, refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
• If you cancel during an active subscription period, you can continue using Pro features until the period ends.

• All content you enter in the App (whisky info, tasting notes, photos, etc.) belongs to you.
• All data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using the App for illegal activities
• Attempting to bypass the App's security features

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not responsible for data loss. Regular backups are recommended.
• The App provides alcohol-related information and does not encourage drinking.

These terms may be updated as needed. Changes will be posted on this page. For significant changes, an in-app notification may be provided.

Glennota（以下「本アプリ」）は、ウイスキーのテイスティングノートを記録・管理できるiOSおよびAndroid向けモバイルアプリケーションです。本アプリをダウンロードして使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

• Glennotaは無料でダウンロードして使用できます。
• 無料プランでは、ウイスキー登録、テイスティングノート作成、コレクション管理、カタログ閲覧など、すべてのコア機能を利用できます。
• 無料プランではアプリ内広告が表示されます。
• 広告の除去やプレミアム機能は、Glennota Proサブスクリプションで利用できます。

3-1. プラン

• 月額サブスクリプション: 毎月自動更新
• 年額サブスクリプション: 毎年自動更新

3-2. 決済

• 決済は購入確認時にApple ID（iOS）またはGoogle Play（Android）アカウントに請求されます。
• 無料トライアル期間が残っている場合、サブスクリプション開始時に未使用期間は失効します。

3-3. 自動更新

• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前に自動更新がオフにされない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• 更新時に同額が請求されます。

3-4. サブスクリプションの管理と解約

• サブスクリプションは購入後、Apple IDアカウント設定またはGoogle Playアカウントで管理できます。
• iOSでの解約方法: iOS設定 > [ユーザー名] > サブスクリプション > Glennota Pro > サブスクリプションをキャンセル
• またはAppleサブスクリプション管理で管理できます。
• Androidでの解約方法: Google Playストア > プロフィール > お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入 > Glennota Pro > キャンセル

3-5. 返金

• iOSの場合、Appleの返金ポリシーに従います。
• Androidの場合、Google Playの返金ポリシーに従います。
• アクティブなサブスクリプション期間中にキャンセルした場合、期間終了までPro機能を引き続き利用できます。

• ユーザーがアプリに入力したすべてのコンテンツ（ウイスキー情報、テイスティングノート、写真など）の所有権はユーザーに帰属します。
• すべてのデータはユーザーのデバイスにローカルで保存され、サーバーにアップロードされることはありません。

• アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、デコンパイル、逆アセンブル
• アプリを利用した違法行為
• アプリのセキュリティ機能の回避の試み

• アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、特定目的への適合性を保証しません。
• データ損失について責任を負いません。定期的なバックアップを推奨します。
• アプリは酒類関連情報を提供するものであり、飲酒を推奨するものではありません。

本規約は必要に応じて変更される場合があり、変更時はこのページに掲載されます。重大な変更の場合、アプリ内通知を提供する場合があります。
